The Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Trojans football team (Concord, IL), was crushed 42-8 in Friday's league bout with the host Brown County Hornets (Mt. Sterling, IL)

With the win, Brown County advances its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hornets travel to Camp Point Central (Camp Point, IL) to encounter the Panthers in a Western Illinois Valley - North bout on Friday, October 3. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-0.
