In Friday's non-league game, the Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia Trojans (Concord, IL) football team triumphed over the visiting North Greene Spartans (White Hall, IL), by a tally of 65-0.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Camp Point Central Panthers (Camp Point, IL) in a Western Illinois Valley - North game, on Friday, September 12. Triopia/Meredosia-Chambersburg/Virginia will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 2-0 record after their 24-6 non-league win over Greenfield/Northwestern (Greenfield, IL).
