In Friday's league game, the Romulus Eagles (Romulus, MI) football team overcame the host Crestwood Chargers (Dearborn Heights, MI), by a tally of 35-26.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Garden City Cougars (Garden City, MI) in a Western Wayne outing, on Friday, October 3. Romulus will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars come into the outing with a 3-2 record after their 42-16 league win over Melvindale (Melvindale, MI).

With the defeat, Crestwood drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Chargers host Melvindale (Melvindale, MI) to clash with the Cardinals in a Western Wayne outing on Friday, October 3.
