The Laurel Locomotives football squad scored 35 points and limited the host Fergus Golden Eagles to 21 in the Locomotives league triumph on Friday.

The Locomotives now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host East Helena for a A - Central test on Friday, October 3. Laurel will meet a Vigilantes squad coming off a 48-0 league win over Park (Livingston, MT). The Vigilantes record now stands at 4-1.

The Golden Eagles (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Browning (Browning, MT). The Indians enter the A - Central challenge with a 1-3 record. In their last challenge, Browning fell by Havre (Havre, MT), 62-8, in a league challenge.
