Junction City Dragons (Junction City, AR) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Foreman Gator Arkansas (Foreman, AR), 43-6 in a league battle.

With the win, Junction City upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Dragons host Mineral Springs (Mineral Springs, AR) to meet the Hornets in a 2A Region 3 challenge on Friday, October 3. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Mineral Springs lost 18-6 in their recent league challenge against Spring Hill (Hope, AR)

The Gator Arkansas (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Murfreesboro (Murfreesboro, AR). The Rattlers go into the 2A Region 3 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Murfreesboro was overwhelmed by Gurdon (Gurdon, AR), 48-22, in a league test.
