In Friday's league game, the Riverton Parke Panthers (Montezuma, IN) football team triumphed over the visiting South Vermillion Wildcats (Clinton, IN), by a tally of 61-6.

Next, the Panthers clash with the Attica Red Ramblers (Attica, IN) in a Wabash River outing, on Friday, October 3. Riverton Parke will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Red Ramblers come into the outing with a 2-4 record after their 26-20 league win over North Vermillion (Cayuga, IN).

With the defeat, South Vermillion drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN) to clash with the Mustangs in a Wabash River outing on Friday, October 3.
