In Friday's non-league challenge, the host Math & Science College Preparatory Sharks volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Discovery Warriors.

The Sharks (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against New West Charter (Los Angeles, CA). The Eagles enter the Crosstown challenge with a 12-3 record. In their last challenge, New West Charter beat Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
