The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) and the host Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC), saw South Stokes's volleyball squad nip Mount Airy by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, South Stokes upgrades its record to 10-5 on the year. The Sauras host Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 28. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 6-5. Cornerstone Charter won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Millennium (Mount Airy, NC)
