September 27, 2022: Chetopa, KS 67336 The Crest Lancers (Colony, KS) volleyball overcame the host Chetopa Hornets (Chetopa, KS), 2-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
With the win, Crest upgrades its record to 21-4 on the year. The Lancers host Marmaton Valley (Moran, KS) to face the Wildcats in a Three Rivers outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Wildcats go into the outing with a record of 16-8. Marmaton Valley won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Northeast (Arma, KS)
The Hornets now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they host Galena for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 29. Chetopa will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Baxter Springs (Baxter Springs, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-9.
