North Carolina High School Volleyball - Lake Lure Classical Academy routed by Haywood Christian Academy
September 27, 2022: Waynesville, NC 28786 The Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors volleyball team (Lake Lure, NC), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Haywood Christian Academy Red Wolves (Waynesville, NC)
The Red Wolves (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC). The Warriors enter the Western Piedmont Athletic challenge with a 14-0 record. In their last challenge, Veritas Christian Academy defeated Community Christian Academy (Bessemer City, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Raptors meet the The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic challenge, on Thursday, September 29. Lake Lure Classical Academy will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Lions enter the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC).
