September 27, 2022: Highmore, SD 57345 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Highmore/Harrold Pirates (Highmore, SD) and the visiting Sanborn Central/Woonsocket Rebels (Forestburg, SD), saw Highmore/Harrold's volleyball squad beat Sanborn Central/Woonsocket by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Highmore/Harrold upgrades its record to 6-11 on the year. The Pirates host Sully Buttes (Onida, SD) to play the Chargers in a B Region 2 bout on Tuesday, October 4. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 10-9.
The Rebels now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they host James Valley Christian for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 29. Sanborn Central/Woonsocket will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Kimball/White Lake (Kimball, SD). The Vikings record now stands at 5-12.
