California High School Volleyball - Castro Valley over Bishop O'Dowd
September 27, 2023: Oakland, CA 94605 Castro Valley Trojans (Castro Valley, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Trojans clash with the San Leandro Pirates (San Leandro, CA) in a West Alameda County - Foothill match, on Wednesday, October 4. Castro Valley will attempt to advance on its 15-8 season record. The Pirates come into the match with a 6-13 record after their 3-1 league loss to Alameda (Alameda, CA).
With the loss, Bishop O'Dowd drops to 5-13 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA) to clash with the Grizzlies in a non-league match on Friday, September 29.
