The Moon Valley Rockets (Phoenix, AZ) volleyball overcame the host Cortez Colts (Phoenix, AZ), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Moon Valley upgrades its record to 7-7 on the year. The Rockets host Yuma (Yuma, AZ) to face the Criminals in a 4A - Skyline outing on Thursday, September 28. The Criminals go into the outing with a record of 0-6. Yuma lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ)
