Virginia High School Football - Loudoun County sneaks past Loudoun Valley

September 27, 2024: Leesburg, VA 20175

The Loudoun County Captains football squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Loudoun Valley Vikings to 14 in the Captains non-league triumph on Friday.

The Captains now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league test on Friday, October 4. Loudoun County will meet a Ram squad coming off a 39-0 non-league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Ram record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Loudoun Valley drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Vikings host Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA) to meet the Phoenix in a Dulles test on Friday, October 4. The Phoenix come into the test with a record of 2-3. Rock Ridge won 37-30 in their recent non-league test against Luray (Luray, VA)
