New Mexico High School Volleyball - Alamo Navajo bounced by Tohatchi
September 27, 2024: Tohatchi, NM 87325 Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM) boosters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Tohatchi improves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Cougars host Thoreau (Thoreau, NM) to face the Hawks in a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. The Hawks go into the test with a record of 7-4. Thoreau won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Northwest (Shiprock, NM)
The Cougars now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Laguna Acoma for a non-league test on Friday, September 27. Alamo Navajo will face a Hawks squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Reserve (Reserve, NM). The Hawks record now stands at 4-2.
