The Hermiston Bulldogs volleyball squad (Hermiston, WA), was defeated 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Village Mountaineers (Colorado Springs, CO)

With the win, Village improves its record to 9-5 on the season. The Mountaineers host D'Evelyn (Denver, CO) to encounter the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 5-8. D'Evelyn won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Thornton (Thornton, CO)

Next, the Bulldogs face the Hanford Falcons (Richland, WA) in a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia test, on Tuesday, September 30. Hermiston will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Falcons go into the test with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Sageview (Pasco, WA).
