Nebraska High School Volleyball - Southern Valley can't hold off High Plains

The High Plains Storm tipped the host Southern Valley Eagles volleyball team by a margin of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Storm now possess a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host McCool Junction for a D1 District 4 match on Tuesday, September 30. High Plains will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to H&H (Henderson, NE). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-14.

The Eagles (7-15) will now prepare for their match against Deshler (Deshler, NE). The Dragons enter the non-league match with a 6-9 record. In their last bout, Deshler was nudged by Thayer Central (Hebron, NE), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
