In Saturday's non-league test, the host Mount Paran Christian Eagles volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Marist War Eagles.

With the win, Mount Paran Christian improves its record to 30-10 on the season. The Eagles travel to Walton (Marietta, GA) to face the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 27. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 17-4. Walton lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA)

Next, the War Eagles meet the Tri-Cities Bulldogs (East Point, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Marist will attempt to upgrade on its 29-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-14 record after their 2-0 league loss to Chamblee (Chamblee, GA).
