South Carolina High School Volleyball - Pickens River Bluff

River Bluff Gators (Lexington, SC) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Pickens Blue Flame (Pickens, SC), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Gators (17-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Cardinal Newman (Columbia, SC). The Cardinals enter the non-league challenge with a 27-3 record. In their last challenge, Cardinal Newman beat Hammond (Columbia, SC), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Blue Flame meet the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a non-league test, on Saturday, September 27. Pickens will attempt to improve on its 20-4 season record. The Chiefs go into the test with a 20-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Conway (Conway, SC).
