In Tuesday's league contest, the Centennial Knights (Roswell, GA) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 30. Centennial will attempt to better on its 19-19 season record. The Golden Bears come into the contest with a 12-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Decatur (Decatur, GA).

With the loss, River Ridge drops to 12-17 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Creekview (Canton, GA) to battle the Grizzlies in a AAAAAA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, September 28. The Grizzlies come into the contest with a record of 23-9. Creekview won 2-0 in their recent league contest against Cambridge (Milton, GA)
