September 28, 2022: Seven Springs, NC 28578 The Eastern Wayne Warriors soccer team (Goldsboro, NC), was overwhelmed 9-0 in Wednesday's league outing with the host Spring Creek Gators (Seven Springs, NC)
With the win, Spring Creek advances its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Gators travel to Princeton (Princeton, NC) to battle the Bulldogs in a Neuse Six 2A outing on Tuesday, October 4. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Princeton lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Goldsboro (Goldsboro, NC)
The Warriors (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Beddingfield (Wilson, NC). The Bruins go into the Neuse Six 2A game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Beddingfield was overwhelmed by North Johnston (Kenly, NC), 4-0, in a league game.
