September 28, 2022: Tiverton, RI 02878 The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Tiverton Tigers (Tiverton, RI) and the visiting Hope Blue Wave (Providence, RI), saw Tiverton's soccer squad knock off Hope by a count of 4-1.
The Tigers now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they host North Smithfield for a Division 2 test on Friday, September 30. Tiverton will meet a Northmen squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI). The Northmen record now stands at 5-1.
With the loss, Hope drops to 2-4 on the season. The Blue wave travel to Westerly (Westerly, RI) to meet the Bulldogs in a Division 2 test on Friday, September 30.
