Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Somerset Penns Valley Area

The Penns Valley Area Rams topped the host Somerset Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Rams now have a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clearfield for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 3. Penns Valley Area will confront a Bison team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Bedford (Bedford, PA). The Bison record now stands at 6-10.

The Eagles (12-7) will now prepare for their test against Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA). The Lions enter the Laurel Highlands 2 test with a 11-9 record. In their last test, Chestnut Ridge gained a win over Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA), 3-0, in a league test.
