September 28, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90031 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Smidt Tech Grey Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Rise Kohyang Tritons (Los Angeles, CA), saw Smidt Tech's volleyball squad beat Rise Kohyang by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Smidt Tech upgrades its record to 9-10 on the year. The Grey Wolves travel to Los Angeles Leadership Academy (Los Angeles, CA) to play the Lions in a Galaxy bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 10-7.
The Tritons now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Valor Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Rise Kohyang will play a squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA). The record now stands at 6-8.
