September 28, 2024: East Greenwich, RI 02818 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the East Greenwich Avengers (East Greenwich, RI) and the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), witnessed East Greenwich's football squad edge Mt. Hope by a tally of 20-14.
The Avengers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Classical (Providence, RI). The Purple enter the non-league contest with a 0-3 record. In their last contest, Classical was nudged by Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI), 20-8, in a non-league contest.
