Missouri High School Softball - Harrisonville bounces Lafayette County
September 28, 2024: Harrisonville, MO 64701 The Harrisonville Wildcats (Harrisonville, MO) softball routed the visiting Lafayette County Huskers (Higginsville, MO), 14-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Odessa for a Class 3 District 14 outing on Tuesday, October 1. Harrisonville will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over St. Pius X (Kansas City, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-3.
With the loss, Lafayette County moves to 4-14 on the season. The Huskers host Richmond (Richmond, MO) to encounter the Spartans in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 1. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 0-15. Richmond lost 19-4 in their recent non-league outing against Lexington (Lexington, MO)
