Jackson Academy Raiders (Jackson, MS) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS), 3-2 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Raiders battle the Hancock Hawks (Kiln, MS) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 29. Jackson Academy will attempt to advance on its 35-4 season record. The Hawks come into the match with a 15-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Our Lady Academy (Bay St. Louis, MS).

With the loss, Ocean Springs drops to 23-8 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Hancock (Kiln, MS) to battle the Hawks in a non-league match on Thursday, September 29.
