The Manti Templars football team (Manti, UT), was beaten 28-7 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Richfield Wildcats (Richfield, UT)

The Wildcats (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Canyon View (Cedar City, UT). The Falcons come into the 3A - South challenge with a 7-1 record. In their last challenge, Canyon View achieved victory over Juab (Nephi, UT), 40-24, in a league challenge.

The Templars now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Sanpete for a 3A - South challenge on Friday, October 6. Manti will meet a Hawks team coming off a 38-10 league win over Carbon (Price, UT). The Hawks record now stands at 2-6.
