September 29, 2023: Middletown, DE 19709 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) and the visiting Christiana Vikings (Newark, DE), saw St. Georges Tech's volleyball squad beat Christiana by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, St. Georges Tech upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Hawks travel to Odessa (Townsend, DE) to play the Ducks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 4. The Ducks go into the bout with a record of 4-3.
The Vikings now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Dickinson for a Blue Hen Flight - B bout on Monday, October 2. Christiana will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Howard (Wilmington, DE). The Rams record now stands at 4-2.
