September 3, 2021: Decatur, AL 35601

In Friday's league match, the visiting Muscle Shoals Trojans football squad scored a close 24-22 victory over the Decatur Red Raiders.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Columbia Eagles (Huntsville, AL) in a 6A Region 8 match, on Friday, September 10. Muscle Shoals will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to Athens (Athens, AL).

The Red Raiders (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Hartselle (Hartselle, AL). The Tigers enter the 6A Region 8 match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Hartselle held off Cullman (Cullman, AL), 35-14, in a league match.
