September 3, 2022: Delta Junction, AK 99737 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Homer Mariners volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Delta Huskies.
The Mariners (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Houston (Big Lake, AK). The Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Houston achieved victory over Grace Christian (Anchorage, AK), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Huskies clash with the Nome-Beltz Nanooks (Nome, AK) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 3. Delta will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Nanooks come into the battle with a 6-5 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Delta (Delta Junction, AK).
