September 3, 2024: Claremont, NC 28610 Bunker Hill Bears (Claremont, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting West Lincoln Rebels (Lincolnton, NC), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Bunker Hill improves its record to 3-6 on the season. The Bears travel to Freedom (Morganton, NC) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 4. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 2-7. Freedom lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Patton (Morganton, NC)
The Rebels now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Burns for a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 4. West Lincoln will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
