South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Central Gwinnett Black Knights (Lawrenceville, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Gwinnett improves its record to 7-10 on the season. The Comets travel to Discovery (Lawrenceville, GA) to encounter the Titans in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Titans go into the test with a record of 1-10. Discovery lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Providence Christian Academy (Lilburn, GA)

The Black Knights now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mill Creek for a 6A Area 8 test on Thursday, September 5.
