September 3, 2024: Pittsfield, MA 01201 The Taconic Thunder beat the visiting Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers volleyball team by a tally of 3-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Thunder (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Everett Regional (Sheffield, MA). The Eagles come into the Pioneer Valley - Central challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Mount Everett Regional lost by Holyoke (Holyoke, MA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Beavers play the Pope Francis Prep Cardinals (Springfield, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 5. Putnam Vo-Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
