September 3, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89144 The Palo Verde Panthers soccer squad scored 12 points and held the visiting Legacy Longhorns to 0 in the Panthers non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Panthers now hold a 3-0 record. They play next when they travel to Cheyenne for a non-league bout on Monday, September 8. Palo Verde will play a Desert Shields squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV). The Desert Shields record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Legacy moves to 1-2 on the year. The Longhorns host Cimarron-Memorial (Las Vegas, NV) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, September 8.
