New York High School Soccer - Riverside toppled by Lafayette
September 3, 2025: Buffalo, NY 14207 Lafayette Generals (Buffalo, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Riverside Frontiers (Buffalo, NY), 6-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Lafayette moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Generals host Burgard (Buffalo, NY) to confront the Bulldogs in a Buffalo Cornell Cup I outing on Friday, September 5. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Burgard lost 1-0 in their recent league outing against City Honors (Buffalo, NY)
Next up, the Frontiers confront the North Collins Eagles (North Collins, NY) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 5. Riverside will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
