Georgia High School Softball - Whitefield Academy bested by Wesleyan
September 3, 2025: Mableton, GA 30126 The Wesleyan Wolves triumphed over the host Whitefield Academy WolfPack softball squad by a count of 13-3 in Wednesday's league challenge.
Next, the Wolves meet the Eastside Eagles (Covington, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 5. Wesleyan will attempt to upgrade on its 11-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 14-6 league win over Walnut Grove (Walnut Grove, GA).
The WolfPack (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA). The Mustangs enter the 1A D-I Region 5 challenge with a 8-0 record. In their last challenge, Mount Vernon overcame Lakeside (Atlanta, GA), 20-3, in a non-league challenge.
