September 3, 2025: Mancelona, MI 49659 Mancelona Ironmen (Mancelona, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Benzie Central Huskies (Benzonia, MI), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Ironmen (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Pine River Area (Leroy, MI). The Bucks come into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Pine River Area edged Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Huskies play the Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 3. Benzie Central will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Bucks go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Nouvel Catholic Central (Saginaw, MI).
