September 3, 2025: Palm Springs, CA 92264 Palm Valley FIREBIRDS (Rancho Mirage, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Desert Chapel Eagles (Palm Springs, CA), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Palm Valley improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The FIREBIRDS host Joshua Springs Christian (Yucca Valley, CA) to meet the Lightning in a Victory challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Lightning enter the challenge with a record of 1-2.
Next, the Eagles meet the Noli Indian Braves (San Jacinto, CA) in a Victory challenge, on Thursday, September 4. Desert Chapel will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Joshua Springs Christian (Yucca Valley, CA).
