Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Saginaw Rough Riders (Saginaw, TX), 42-14 in a league test.

With the triumph, Brewer improves its record to 1-4 on the campaign. The Bears travel to The Colony (The Colony, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 5A-1 Region I District 3 test on Friday, October 7. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 1-5. The Colony lost 52-7 in their recent league test against Aledo (Aledo, TX)

With the loss, Saginaw drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Rough riders host Northwest (Justin, TX) to battle the Texans in a 5A-1 Region I District 3 test on Friday, October 7. The Texans come into the test with a record of 3-2. Northwest won 58-7 in their recent league test against Azle (Azle, TX)
