September 30, 2023: Bickleton, WA 99322 The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Bickleton Pirates (Bickleton, WA) and the visiting Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR), saw Bickleton's volleyball squad beat Horizon Christian by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Bickleton upgrades its record to 4-3 on the year. The Pirates host Condon (Condon, OR) to play the Blue Devils in a 1A Big Sky bout on Saturday, September 30. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a record of 6-4.
The now own a 4-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to Klickitat-Glenwood for a 1A Big Sky match on Tuesday, October 3. Horizon Christian will battle a squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ione/Arlington (Ione, OR). The record now stands at 3-8.
