September 30, 2024: Lehighton, PA 18235 The North Schuylkill Spartans soccer team scored 1 points and limited the host Lehighton Indians to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, North Schuylkill advances its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Spartans host Pine Grove (Pine Grove, PA) to clash with the Cardinals in a Schuylkill County 1 test on Wednesday, October 2. The Cardinals come into the test with a record of 12-3. Pine Grove won 6-0 in their recent league test against Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA)
The Indians now have a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pen Argyl for a Colonial test on Wednesday, October 2. Lehighton will clash with a Green Knights team coming off a 5-1 league loss to Wilson Area (Easton, PA). The Green Knights record now stands at 6-10.
