September 30, 2024: Winder, GA 30680 The Apalachee Wildcats (Winder, GA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Alcovy Tigers (Covington, GA), 2-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 13-15 record. They play next when they host Clarke Central for a 5A Area 8 bout on Monday, September 30. Apalachee will clash with a Gladiators team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Loganville (Loganville, GA). The Gladiators record now stands at 1-15.
With the loss, Alcovy drops to 0-16 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Jackson County (Jefferson, GA) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Area 8 bout on Tuesday, October 8. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 32-6.
