The Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), 3-0 in Monday's league bout.

The Norsemen now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Granite Hills for a Grossmont Hills bout on Wednesday, October 2. Valhalla will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 13-8.

With the loss, Helix drops to 3-14 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to West Hills (Santee, CA) to clash with the Wolf Pack in a Grossmont Hills bout on Wednesday, October 2.
