September 30, 2024: Dothan, AL 36303 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Providence Christian Eagles (Dothan, AL) and the host Houston Academy Raiders (Dothan, AL), observed Providence Christian's volleyball team top Houston Academy by a count of 25-23.
The Eagles (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Carroll (Ozark, AL). The Eagles enter the 5A Area 3 contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Carroll was knocked off by Eufaula (Eufaula, AL), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Raiders battle the Wicksburg Panthers (Newton, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Houston Academy will attempt to move on its 5-6 season record.
