Virginia High School Volleyball - Riverside can't get by Independence
September 30, 2024: Ashburn, VA Independence (Ashburn, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Riverside Ram (Leesburg, VA), 3-2 in a league test.
With the win, Independence improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The travel to Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA) to face the Falcons in a Potomac test on Tuesday, October 1. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 9-4. Briar Woods won 3-1 in their recent league test against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA)
The Ram now own a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stone Bridge for a Potomac test on Tuesday, October 1. Riverside will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-10.
