Texas High School Volleyball - Austin overwhelmed by Cornerstone Christian

September 30, 2025: Austin, TX 78703

Cornerstone Christian Warriors (San Antonio, TX) followers left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Austin Maroons (Austin, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Cornerstone Christian advances its record to 30-4 on the season. The Warriors travel to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, October 3. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 25-12. Canyon won 3-0 in their recent league test against San Marcos (San Marcos, TX)

With the loss, Austin drops to 31-4 on the campaign. The Maroons travel to Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX) to play the Tigers in a 6A Region IV District 26 outing on Friday, October 3. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 22-16. Dripping Springs won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Del Valle (Del Valle, TX)
