Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Cornerstone Christian Warriors (San Antonio, TX) and the visiting Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX), observed Cornerstone Christian's volleyball team top Dripping Springs by a count of 3-0.

With the win, Cornerstone Christian improves its record to 22-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to John Paul II (New Braunfels, TX) to encounter the Guardians in a non-league battle on Saturday, September 13. The Guardians go into the battle with a record of 25-3. John Paul II won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against IDEA Burke College Prep (San Antonio, TX)

The Tigers now own a 18-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bowie for a 6A Region IV District 26 battle on Tuesday, September 16. Dripping Springs will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Austin (Austin, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 20-13.
