Lake Travis Cavaliers (Austin, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Dripping Springs Tigers (Dripping Springs, TX), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Lake Travis improves its record to 27-9 on the season. The Cavaliers host Bowie (Austin, TX) to meet the Bulldogs in a 6A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, September 26. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 20-16. Bowie lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Westlake (Austin, TX)

Next, the Tigers meet the Akins Eagles (Austin, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 26 challenge, on Friday, September 26. Dripping Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 20-16 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-20 record after their 3-0 league loss to Austin (Austin, TX).
