In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Westlake Chaparrals volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Lake Travis Cavaliers.

With the win, Westlake improves its record to 14-4 on the season. The Chaparrals travel to Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to face the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, August 22. The Cougars go into the test with a record of 9-4. Canyon won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Incarnate Word (San Antonio, TX)

Next, the Cavaliers meet the Canyon Cougars (New Braunfels, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 23. Lake Travis will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 11-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Westlake (Austin, TX).
